By engaging with Acatree Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. This version supersedes all prior agreements or representations made before March 2025.

While Acatree Tours makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on our website, brochures, and promotional materials, we cannot guarantee that all details are up-to-date or free from errors. Information regarding destinations, itineraries, accommodations, and third-party services may change without prior notice. Acatree Tours, its staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or changes that may affect your travel experience.
2. Third-Party Services
Acatree Tours may collaborate with third-party service providers, including but not limited to hotels, transportation companies, and activity operators. Your dealings with these third parties are solely between you and the provider. Acatree Tours does not assume responsibility for the quality, safety, or reliability of services offered by third parties. Any disputes arising from third-party services must be resolved directly with the respective provider.
3. Modifications and Suspension of Services
Acatree Tours reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services, website, or operations at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to itineraries, tour schedules, or website functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to inform clients of significant changes when possible, but we are not obligated to provide advance notice.
4. Termination of Agreement
Either party (Acatree Tours or the client) may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any ongoing services will cease, and access to Acatree Tours’ resources may be revoked. Certain provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to liability disclaimers and dispute resolution clauses, shall remain in effect even after termination.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Acatree Tours is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the necessary data required to provide our services and will not retain it longer than needed, unless required by law. 6. Limitation of Liability
Acatree Tours, its employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, accidents, or unforeseen events beyond our control. Clients participate in tours and activities at their own risk.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Acatree Tours reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations. If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to the appropriate courts in Tanzania.
