Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, your guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha, the gateway to Tanzania’s Northern safari circuit. You’ll have some time to relax and recover from your flight, or you can take a short tour around Arusha to explore local markets and enjoy the vibrant culture.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart from Arusha and head towards Tarangire National Park. Known for its massive herds of elephants and impressive baobab trees, Tarangire is a true gem in Tanzania’s safari circuit.
Spend the afternoon exploring the park’s diverse landscapes, including its swamps, rivers, and savannah. You’ll likely encounter large herds of elephants, wildebeests, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of bird species. The park is also home to lions, leopards, and cheetahs.

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, travel to Ngorongoro Crater, one of the world’s most biodiverse wildlife areas. The crater is home to a stunning variety of animals, including rhinos, buffaloes, wildebeests, zebras, and lions. You’ll enjoy a full-day game drive on the crater floor, where you may also encounter the elusive black rhino.
In the afternoon, head towards the Ndutu area of the Serengeti, located at the southern edge of the park. This area is famous for its stunning landscapes and abundant wildlife, especially during the great migration.

Day 4:Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, head into the heart of Serengeti National Park, one of the most famous wildlife reserves in the world. The park’s endless plains are home to an incredible array of wildlife. Enjoy a full day of game viewing in Serengeti. Depending on the season, you may witness the migration of millions of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles, or encounter the park’s large predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park
Spend another thrilling day exploring the Serengeti’s vast landscapes. The Serengeti is renowned for its exceptional game viewing opportunities, and today you’ll continue to discover the wildlife in various regions of the park. You may choose to take a hot-air balloon safari at dawn for a breathtaking aerial view of the Serengeti, or visit a local Maasai village for a cultural experience.

Day 6: Drive to the Eyasi Basin
After breakfast, drive to the Eyasi Basin, located on the western edge of the Ngorongoro Highlands. Lake Eyasi is a seasonal soda lake, and the surrounding area is home to some of the most fascinating indigenous communities in Tanzania, such as the Hadza and Datoga communities.

Day 7: Lake Eyasi Encounter
Spend the day engaging with the Hadza, one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer communities in Africa. You’ll learn about their traditional hunting methods, their way of life, and how they survive in this arid environment. You may also visit the Datoga community, known for its traditional beadwork and metalworking skills. Experience their rich culture and learn about their ancient practices.
Meal: Breakfast &Lunch.
Day 8: Departure
After breakfast, you will have some time to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings of Lake Eyasi Safari Lodge before heading back to Arusha. Your guide will transfer you to Arusha for your return flight to Kilimanjaro International Airport. Reflect on your incredible safari adventure as you prepare for your departure. Bid farewell to Tanzania, carrying home memories of an unforgettable journey through the country’s iconic landscapes and vibrant cultures.
